Hi, I am Susie.

As a registered yoga teacher and yoga therapist, I strive to tailor individual yoga programs to suit not only physical or fitness needs, but for general health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual well-being.

Specialising in yoga therapy for survivors of trauma, I am particularly focused on providing support and healing through yoga, and committed to guiding you through your own individual journey to heal, connect, and flourish.

As a survivor of child sexual abuse, Susie has an inner understanding of the power of yoga, supporting and guiding you through your own journey of emotional and spiritual healing through mindful yoga practice.

Susie also works with those with physical disabilities, tailoring her programs to suit individuals of all physical capabilities.
